ABOUT ME

I received my coaching certification from Northwestern University. I completed their 12-month Organizational & Leadership Coaching Certificate program-part of their Master's in Learning & Organizational Change. This deep and rigorous course employs concepts, theories and methods stemming from cognitive science, psychology, neurology, and organizational learning and change.

I am also certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Inventory Type MBTI® personality assessment.

I have had a long successful career in sales and digital advertising with two Fortune 500 media companies, moving from individual contributor roles to managing and directing multiple sales teams in major markets for ten-plus years. I have learned and experienced what it takes to successfully rise above my own challenges, and it has given me a wider lens to view and relate to you in whatever challenges you may be facing on your journey.

Over the course of the last several years I came to realize that the part of my work that meant the most to me was also the part where I have done my best work. That part is working with people to identify, examine and overcome professional, personal and interpersonal challenges. Whether I was coaching my direct reports, my peers in management or others in cross-functional capacities, a deeply ingrained passion, aptitude and knack for coaching emerged as my leading offer. 

I can help to help you to probe, discover and better understand yourself so that you can manage your life with the ability to see more clearly, have more choices and exert more control over outcomes. My goal is to help you to purposefully shape and create the life that you choose, not have life just happen to you!
